Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Noventis Growth Partners ("Noventis," "we," "us," or "our") provides business setup, branding, and digital identity services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us. It also explains your choices about future service updates.
1. Information you provide
Our contact form requests your name, email address, service of interest, and a description of your project. We also receive information you choose to provide in emails, calls, and other direct communications.
If you become a client, we receive the business details, project materials, approvals, billing records, and other information needed for your agreed services. The information required depends on the project; we explain additional requirements when arranging that work.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, passwords, or payment card details through the website contact form. If specific sensitive information is necessary for an agreed service, we will explain what is needed and arrange an appropriate way to provide it. Only supply another person's information when you have authority to do so.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
Respond to inquiries, discuss your needs, and prepare proposals.
Coordinate and deliver agreed services, obtain approvals, and provide support.
Maintain a limited client history to support future projects you request.
Keep appropriate administrative records and address legal obligations or disputes.
Operate and protect the website and understand its overall performance.
Send occasional updates about Noventis services when you separately choose to receive them.
Providing information for an inquiry or a project does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
3. When information is shared
We do not sell or rent contact lists, or give them to other businesses for their own marketing.
We use providers to operate the business. Framer hosts our website and supports our contact form. Google Workspace provides our business email. These providers process information as needed for their services. Other providers may receive necessary information when carrying out a service you have agreed to, such as a domain registration or business account setup.
For an authorized business filing, relevant information must be provided to the applicable government agency. That agency's rules govern its handling of the submitted information. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, a dispute, or a threat to rights or safety.
We limit disclosures to the information needed for the relevant purpose. We will ask for your permission before featuring your project in our portfolio or marketing.
4. Website analytics and form processing
Framer provides built-in website analytics, including aggregate counts of visits, page views, and referral sources. Framer explains that its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. To count daily unique visitors, it processes IP addresses and browser information using a daily-changing hash.
Our contact form uses Framer's form service and basic spam protection. Information you submit through the form is separate from aggregate website analytics and is used to handle your inquiry.
If we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or automation tools that change how personal information is handled, we will review this policy and provide any notice or consent choices required before the new processing begins.
5. Optional updates about Noventis services
You can choose to receive occasional emails about new or additional Noventis services. Permission is optional and separate from requesting information or purchasing a service.
You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a promotional email or by emailing strategy@noventisgrowth.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days. You do not need to pay a fee or explain your decision.
Unsubscribing stops promotional emails. We may still send messages necessary to respond to your request or manage an existing project. We retain a minimal record of your opt-out so that you are not added back to promotional communications by mistake.
6. How long we keep information
We use different retention periods for different purposes:
Inquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. A separately authorized subscription to service updates is handled under its own retention rule below.
Basic client history: during the active relationship and for up to five years after the last completed project or meaningful interaction, whichever is later. This includes essential contact details, services purchased, a useful project summary, and communication preferences. We review whether this information remains useful and accurate at least annually.
Optional service updates: until you unsubscribe, with an additional review for inactivity. If there has been no meaningful interaction for 24 months, we seek renewed permission before that period ends and remove you from the promotional list if you do not renew it.
Contracts, invoices, and administrative records: our normal internal reference is seven years after the close of the relevant financial year. The appropriate period depends on the record and applicable obligations; this is not a statement that every record legally requires seven years. These records are kept separately from promotional lists.
Opt-out records: only the minimum information needed, for as long as necessary to respect your preference.
A meaningful interaction includes a reply from you, a project request, a relevant meeting, or an express renewal of permission. Sending you a message or recording an automatic email opening does not restart a retention period.
Sensitive identity information, payment card details, and account credentials are not part of the five-year client history. Where specific information or temporary access is needed for a project, it is retained only for that purpose or an applicable obligation. Project-file retention is addressed in the relevant engagement; we do not promise indefinite storage of every deliverable or working file.
When information is no longer needed for its applicable purpose, we delete or anonymize it. A legal obligation, an active dispute, or a valid privacy request may require a different outcome. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement or deletion cycle and are not kept for promotional use.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a relevant privacy authority.
Email strategy@noventisgrowth.com with your request. For access, correction, or deletion requests, we may need a proportionate way to verify your identity. This does not add an identity-verification requirement to an email unsubscribe request.
We respond within applicable time limits. If we must retain particular records or cannot fulfill part of a request, we explain the reason where permitted. Withholding or deleting information needed for a service may affect our ability to complete that service. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing based on that consent.
8. Security and processing locations
We take reasonable measures to protect information and limit access to legitimate business needs. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Applicable protections depend on the service and relevant legal requirements; we do not promise that all information stays in one country.
9. Links to other websites
Our website may link to social networks and other independent services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before submitting information on another platform.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
